Special Education Teachers:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will collaborate with the Associate Teacher Counselor to:
Plan and deliver individualized instruction
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
Support classroom behavior management strategies
Foster a safe, therapeutic, and academically engaging classroom environment
Qualifications
Valid Tennessee teaching certification (required)
Experience working with students with special needs (preferred)
Strong commitment to equitable, high-quality education for all students
Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check and drug screen
Must be eligible and certified to teach in Tennessee. Salary is based on certification, experience, and degree. You must be able to pass a fingerprint/background check and drug screen.

Homebound Teachers, Independent Contractors:
Genesis Learning Centers’ Homebound Services is searching for teachers to serve as independent contractors. Flexible schedule (3-30 hours) and case load. $25 - $28 per hour. Must have a current, valid Tennessee teaching license.
Areas of need: Special Education, Advanced Math and Sciences, School Day Availability
