Health Benefits
Health insurance is provided at a minimal cost per pay period for all full-time employees (dependent coverage available for an additional cost).
Prescription drug plan included with medical coverage.
Vision insurance included with the medical coverage.
Dental insurance is provided at no cost for all full-time employees (dependent coverage available for an additional cost).
A $25,000 term life insurance policy is provided at no cost for all full-time employees.
Health Management Leave (Sick Leave) - 0-4 years accrue 1 day per month; 5+ years accrue 1.5 days per month.
Supplemental benefit options are available through Colonial including cancer coverage, hospitalization, short-term disability, AD&D, and more.
