Health Benefits

  • Health insurance is provided at a minimal cost per pay period for all full-time employees (dependent coverage available for an additional cost).

  • Prescription drug plan included with medical coverage.

  • Vision insurance included with the medical coverage.

  • Dental insurance is provided at no cost for all full-time employees (dependent coverage available for an additional cost).

  • A $25,000 term life insurance policy is provided at no cost for all full-time employees.

  • Health Management Leave (Sick Leave) - 0-4 years accrue 1 day per month; 5+ years accrue 1.5 days per month.

  • Supplemental benefit options are available through Colonial including cancer coverage, hospitalization, short-term disability, AD&D, and more.

Leave and Vacation

  • Personal Leave - Three (3 ) days per year, increasing to five (5) days per year beginning with year two of employment.

  • All School Breaks - Fall, Winter, and Spring Breaks

  • Holiday Leave - Ten (10) paid holidays, including birthday
