Financial Disclosure:
Genesis Learning Centers, with its affiliated Genesis Academy, Rutherford Academy, and the Teen Learning Centers of Montgomery and Rutherford Counties, is an approved 501 (c) (3) tax exempt non-profit corporation registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State and the United States Internal Revenue Service. All gifts and contributions may be considered as charitable items for IRS tax purposes. Genesis Learning Centers does not assign value to any donated items. All tax deductions must be determined by the donor and the Internal Revenue Service. 990 Tax Returns and Financial Reports are available through www.guidestar.org or direct contact with our Executive Director.
Confidentiality Disclosure:
Genesis Learning Centers recognizes the need to protect the confidentiality of our students and their parents. All website photographs and videos depicting students require parental approval. To support confidentiality we do not use names or other identifying information on this website. The downloading, copying, or printing of any student photos or videos is strictly forbidden.
